Support When You’re Struggling

You don’t have to cope alone

If jealousy, emotional pain, or feeling overwhelmed is weighing on you, know that you are not alone — and that there is a space made for you.

Where we can genuinely help

Clarity matters, especially with something as sensitive as your emotional wellbeing. Here, plainly, is what we can and cannot do.

What we can offer you

We are mentors, not medical professionals or scholars. Our role is to stand beside you with emotional support and practical, everyday guidance — rooted in lived experience and in the values of our deen.

  • A confidential space to speak openly, without judgment
  • Emotional support and a listening ear whenever you need it
  • Practical, everyday advice and coping tools you can use today
  • Guidance on communicating with your spouse and co-wives
  • Support in rebuilding your self-esteem and sense of worth

What we clearly cannot do

Please know this with total clarity: we cannot and do not diagnose any illness — physical or mental. We are here for emotional and practical advice only.

  • We do not diagnose any health condition — mental or physical
  • We do not prescribe medication or any treatment
  • We do not provide medical, psychiatric, or crisis care
  • We do not act as a substitute for a licensed professional

Please seek the right support

If you are in crisis, struggling severely, or believe you may be experiencing a mental health condition, we warmly encourage you to reach out to a licensed mental health professional or your local emergency service. We are here to walk beside you with emotional and practical guidance — never as a replacement for professional care.

For matters of Islamic law, please consult a trusted scholar or imam. Many communities also have Muslim counsellors and sisters’ support groups who understand both the deen and your circumstances — ask at your local masjid or Islamic centre.
